Are you an active person and have noticed that your muscles are sore or tight? Here at One Motion Podiatry we can help reviewing your load and working with you to help you avoid doing too much exercise on your body to prevent you from sustaining injuries. We can also massage your muscles and if needed provide other forms of treatments. This will help feel relaxing but also increase your range of motion. We use both hand massages and advanced technology like the Theragun (massage gun).
