Dry needling
What is dry needling:
At One Motion Podiatry clinics we use very fine, sterile acupuncture needles to target and release myofascial trigger points. These trigger points often are a result of repetitive stress/load on the soft tissue. Dry needling stimulates a sensory response from within the muscle fibres causing a release of the knots and allowing normal muscle function. This therapy can help return you back to normal activity and sports faster, allowing our podiatrists to provide you with an immediate treatment option.
